In the gardens of Kings

Praha was great this year - it’s starting to be a summer tradition for us. To just check out of SK for 2-3 days and chill out in a beautiful city. Unfortunately, it seems that about 6 million other tourist had the same idea (no joke...check out yearly tourism stats). Anyways, we decided to ditch the congested Old Town and just leisurely cruise around the sites a bit out of downtown. We were staying in the Castle district which is a nice hilly section of Praha with all sorts of palaces, gardens, twisted paths and lots of relatively peaceful old world architecture. It for sure beats the heat, crowds, and costs of the center.
