Sulance

Lately there has been a lot cooking in the Higgins kitchen. The current craze (or was that craving?) is Sulance (pronounced, "shoe-lawn-say"). Which in our house is basically potato based dumplings topped with a generous amount of poppy seeds, powdered sugar, and melted butter... and a whole lot of loving that only "mamicka" can cook up. It's great! Come on over for a try... we are whipping it up all the time now.
